What we installed
Real estate photography & video · custom software build
A branded client portal
Realtors sign in to their own account and find every shoot in one place instead of hunting through email threads.
Media galleries and delivery
Photo and video sets presented in organised galleries, with downloads handled inside the platform.
An admin side for the business
Orders, shoots and content are managed from one back office, so the team knows what is booked, shot and delivered.
The marketing website
A public site that explains the service and sends new realtor enquiries into the same operation.
What happened
Shoots delivered through their own branded portal Delivery happens on their platform instead of raw file links, so the handoff looks like the business, not like a cloud drive.
One place to run orders and content The team works from a single admin view rather than spreadsheets, folders and message threads.
A client experience that matches the work Realtors get a clean, organised place to access and download the media they paid for.
This is a custom software engagement, not one of our three growth tiers. We publish no traffic or revenue figures for it, and the screens shown on this page are product illustrations of the platform, not live screenshots.
More detail
Why delivery was the bottleneck
Real estate media is a volume business. Every listing means a shoot, a set of edited photos, often video, and a fast handoff to an agent who needs the assets before the listing goes live.
Handled through cloud folders and shared links, that handoff gets fragile: files expire, agents lose the link, nobody can tell which version is final, and the company spends its day resending things it already delivered. The work itself was never the problem, the way it reached the client was.
What we built
We built JFlow Media a platform of their own in the style of professional photo-delivery software. Realtors sign in to a branded portal, see the shoots tied to their account, browse organised galleries and download what they need.
On the other side, the team gets an admin area to manage orders, upload and organise content, and keep track of what is booked, shot and delivered. The marketing website sits in front of it so a new agent can understand the service and get in touch without leaving the same experience.
When custom software is the right call
Most businesses do not need custom software, they need the operating system we install as the Core System. But when the product itself is a workflow, media delivery, client portals, internal tools, an off-the-shelf stack starts costing more in workarounds than it saves.
That is the line we look for before recommending a bespoke build: the software is the service, not a support layer around it.
