Does it work with the Google profile I already have?
Yes. You add us as a manager to your Google Business Profile and we work on your existing profile; we do not create a new one.
Are replies published without me seeing them?
You approve the tone first. AI replies in that tone, and sensitive or negative replies need your approval before they are published.
What do I need to do to get started?
Three things: give us access to your Google profile, fill out a short form about your business and tone, and share your customer list or connect the tool where you keep it. We install the rest and send you the card.
